Bishop Cabinets Construction
"Bishop Cabinets" offers three different series of cabinet boxes in their framed line, "Deluxe", "Standard", "Value". In the next few days I would like to go through them all, one at a time. We`ll start with the highest quality box, and work our way down.
The following are the specs for the Deluxe cabinet box:
• Drawer Boxes: Four sided(not counting drawer fronts) 5/8" thick solid dove-tail construction. Captive bottom is 3/16" thick veneer core plywood.
• Hanging Rails: 3/4" thick solid wood for Maximum structural integrity.
• Drawer Guides: Concealed under mount type, epoxy coated for ultra smooth movement.
• Face Frames: 3/4" thick solid wood, mortise and tenon joined construction.
• Shelves: 3/4" thick veneer-core plywood. Surfaces are protected by easy to clean JB Barrier Coat. Fully adjustable.
• Tops and bottoms: 1/2" thick veneer core plywood. Surfaces are protected by easy to clean JB Barrier Coat. Bottoms are dadoed into face frames and ends.
• Ends: 1/2" thick veneer core plywood. Easy to clean JB Barrier Coat protects interior surfaces.
• Concealed Hinges: 3 way adjustable to ensure correct alignment.
• Toe Kicks: Heavy 3/4" thick veneer core plywood.
Please don't hesitate to call with any questions,
Sincerely,
Moe Hirsch
